At Güntensperger Käse AG, a tradition of cheese-making that spans generations meets continuous reinvention and innovation. For over 130 years, we have been processing the best Toggenburg milk into the finest cheese. We know our milk suppliers personally. Their respectful treatment of the animals and the best pastures result in high-quality milk.

Originally founded by August Güntensperger, continued by Peter and Heinz Güntensperger and today managed by Reto and Marcel Gütntensperger - the family business has grown steadily and today we unite more than 40 experts and cheese professionals in a passionate and still family business.

Our award-winning cheeses are produced in three cheese dairies in the immediate region - with recipes and know-how that have been passed down to us. Again and again we reinvent ourselves and develop fantastic tasting cheeses like the "Zirbenkönigin", the "Trüffelperle" or the "Alter Junge", etc. We remain innovative, contemporary and surprise with new ideas with which we also want to put the ancient craft in a new light.

Güntensperger Käse AG exports throughout Switzerland, to Germany, Austria, Italy, Great Britain, Ireland, Scandinavia, USA, Dubai, Singapore, Israel, Spain, France, Australia and other countries. We are professionals in packaging and logistics.
