Cheese warehouse Appenzell
Our nostalgic beautiful warehouse in Appenzell. A few floors below ground is our maturing storage for 18,000 loaves of cheese. This is where special stories grow.
Cheese Dairy Bütschwil
Taken over by Heinz Güntensperger in 1999. Up to 5 batches of cheese are produced here 7 days a week. Gwitterchäs, Roter Teufel or our Appenzeller cheese are made here.
Maturing warehouse, factory shop & office Lütisburg Station
Since 2017 another ripening warehouse of the Güntensperger Käse AG. Also our place for packaging and delivery. Our office is located here, as well as our direct factory outlet store.
Bodmen Cheese Dairy
Taken over by Heinz Güntensperger in 1975. Production site for most of Güntensperger Käse AG's goat specialties. Research and development workshop for new cheese specialties
Cheese Dairy Müselbach
The cornerstone of our history. Cheese dairy since 1868. Our specialties such as Trüffelperle and Zirbenkönigin or Bärlauchkäse are produced here - also in organic quality.
Cheese warehouse Kirchberg
Our newest cheese warehouse in Kirchberg only went into operation in June 2022. The former factory buildings have been converted into a state-of-the-art cheese warehouse with a capacity of 120,000 loaves of cheese. Cheese ripens here under excellent conditions.
Cheese Dairy Rossfallen
In the fall of 2024, the Rossfallen cheese dairy became part of Güntensperger. It is still run by master cheese maker Reini Züger. A historic place with the best equipment to meet the increasing demand for quality cheese.
