Making cheese is a craft, a passion, and involves direct contact. Direct contact with dairy farmers, a connection to the local area, interaction with our customers and partners, and interaction with other cheese makers. At least that's still true for Güntensperger. That's why you'll find us time and again at interesting trade fairs and events — in Switzerland and, especially now, around the world at the moment. We are in constant contact with our invaluable network.

Out and about at the best food fairs
Our passion belongs to the cheese trade and our home, the picturesque Toggenburg region in Switzerland. But to share this passion and the resulting unique delicacies with a wider audience, we are regularly on the road. Our presence at national and international trade fairs is of great importance to us. This creates a personal, direct exchange that is only possible in these places - with cheese lovers, gourmets, potential new customers and experts from all over the world.
Every trade fair not only offers us the opportunity to present our cheese, but also opens the door to a world full of new culinary discoveries and exciting encounters. And last but not least, every event takes us to places that are worth a visit in themselves. A visit to the fair is therefore worthwhile in many respects - for us as well as for our visitors.

Tuttofood Milano in Italy is particularly close to our hearts. This trade fair has established itself as an important platform for agri-food producers who represent quality, innovative products and the inspiring combination of tradition and innovative spirit. A place where we feel at home with our philosophy of enjoyment and artisanal perfection.

The Cheesemonger Invitational in Brooklyn, New York, USA could be described as unusual and unusual. Cheesemongers from all over the world meet here to exchange ideas and take part in unusual contests. As crazy and great as New York itself - both worth a visit. Slow Food Cheese in Bra, Italy

The world's largest event dedicated entirely to dairy products and cheeses. Of course Güntensperger is there. Slow Food is also the result of a movement that aims to give everyone access to good, clean and fair food. A worthwhile trade fair in a very worthwhile location that combines enjoyment and idealism. We are looking forward to it.

10 trade fairs under one roof - at Anuga in Cologne, there is an enormous amount to discover when it comes to innovations and delicacies from the food industry. Over 5 days at Anuga, you can get to know numerous products created with passion and, of course, our own classics and inventions.
