The Anuga Food Fair is one of the most innovative, forward-looking and committed trade fairs in the world. Güntensperger Käse AG was present in 2023. Our appearance was a huge success, we had a fantastic exchange and there were many opportunities to make the best contacts. We are inspired and look forward to further trade fair appearances.

The Anuga Trade Fair
The Anuga trade fair in Köln (Germany) has become one of the most vibrant food fairs in the world. It sets interesting focal points and actually combines ten trade fairs under one roof. For example, there is Anuga Frozen Food, Anuga Organics, Anuga Fine Food and also Anuga Dairy, where Güntensperger was present right in the middle.
As befits an established food fair, it is not only about tasting, but also about dealing with the topic of food and nutrition on the most diverse levels. For example, the focus was on superfoods, sustainable production and packaging, convenience & snacks, health and alternatives to meat proteins.
It is easy to imagine that Güntensperger has something to say here almost everywhere, because these topics are all part of our production philosophy and are reflected in our growing range of cheese products.
An incredibly lively fair with fantastic encounters
Anuga covers 11 halls, and they are not small halls. Dozens, no hundreds of suppliers were represented. In keeping with its size, Anuga 2023 also aroused widespread interest among the public. Our exchange was correspondingly lively.
We were able to present our various cheese products to a large number of people. And we have quite a few of them. Besides cheese in the classic sense - Rauchmutschli, Roter Teufel, Truffelperle, Swiss Lady, Ziegenkönig - we have cheese products in other forms - grated cheese, raclette, fondue, fried cheese - as well as processed into very innovative products - Cheese Balls, Cheese Bangers, Swiss Cowers.
The truth is that we came home from the fair equally inspired as we spread inspiration. Food simply connects.

Other trade fairs
Although we are currently back in the daily business, we already have more trade fairs in the pipeline. In general, we have often been present at trade fairs and will continue to be in the future.
