Cheese Dairy Rossfallen

The Rossfallen cheese dairy is a well-equipped dairy with an exciting history. In 2024, the dairy with master cheese maker Reini Züger became part of Güntensperger – an extremely valuable addition in terms of possibilities and know-how for Güntensperger. The dairy enables us to meet the ever-increasing demands on production and offers a place where new cheeses can be developed and old recipes improved. The well-situated cheese dairy will be a possible place for tours in the future, so that we can share our passion with everyone.
